Horizon Bound Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational requirements. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of a similar standard.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. Horizon Bound Travels is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horizon Bound Travels operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
